Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality scalable software solutions.
- Perform full-stack development across backend systems and user interfaces.
- Build RESTful integrations, microservices, and event-driven applications.
- Analyze complex technical problems and improve system performance and reliability.
- Use AI-powered development tools and frontier LLMs throughout the engineering workflow.
- Conduct code reviews, uphold coding standards, and contribute to software quality and security.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product, UX, and QA teams.
- Contribute to the technology roadmap and introduce innovative solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience, preferably in SaaS or fintech.
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code and Kiro.
- Experience with UI development, RESTful API integrations, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and deliver robust, scalable software.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
