Base Salary
$79k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.
- Contribute to full-stack development across backend systems, user interfaces, RESTful API integrations, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver features and products.
- Mentor junior team members, conduct code reviews, and contribute to coding standards and continuous improvement.
- Use Claude Code, Kiro, and frontier LLMs throughout development, architecture, automated testing, and technical problem-solving workflows.
- Analyze complex technical problems and improve system performance, reliability, security, and code quality.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to the technology roadmap.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with UI development, RESTful API integrations, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Strong aptitude and experience using AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, Kiro, and frontier LLMs.
- A minimum of 5+ years of software engineering experience focused on SaaS or fintech is preferred.
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and deliver robust, scalable software solutions.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and similar project management tools is a plus.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills, with an interest in innovation and emerging technologies.
