Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver technical solutions, including AI-based models, to improve organizational scale and efficiency.
- Identify workflow challenges with stakeholders and determine appropriate technology-based solutions.
- Test and validate AI models for accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
- Help grow the Aladdin Compliance and Accounting platform offering.
- Establish business requirements, manage partner engagement, and measure business benefits.
- Build relationships with internal technology teams and drive solutions for business-process risks and gaps.
- Manage projects from inception through completion within schedules and estimates.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Developer role.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of active uniformed service, with fewer than 5 years of civilian work experience.
- Proficiency in Java or Python, with strong SQL and database knowledge.
- Understanding of machine learning models, including LLMs and neural networks.
- Familiarity with NLP techniques including sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and topic modeling.
- Experience with or interest in AI-based solutions, Azure Machine Learning, RPA such as Blue Prism, and data visualization tools such as Splunk, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Familiarity with investment management, investment products, Agile delivery practices, and backlog-based project work.
- Strong project management, risk identification, communication, business-process analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
- Applicants must be U.S. veterans and able to commence employment in October 2026.
