Responsibilities
- Operationalize strategic ML models and migrate agentic AI solutions from concept to production.
- Research, implement, maintain, document, and support AI tools, frameworks, platforms, and ML DevOps processes.
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot agentic custom connectors, custom actions, and integrations.
- Create and maintain production, staging, QA, and development environments.
- Create and operationalize quality assurance processes for ML models.
- Own cloud security compliance, monitor and optimize cloud spend, and improve deployment and change control processes.
- Build and support GCP-based ML pipelines, APIs, endpoints, and integrations with third-party products.
- Mentor team members and lead technology and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is stated for the project role; the minimum qualifications also state at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or data science.
- Strong Python development skills and familiarity with GCP and Vertex AI.
- Experience with cloud engineering and traditional ML pipelines in a GCP environment.
- Experience integrating products such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, OneTrust, and Workday with GCP pipelines.
- Experience building and using APIs and endpoints, preferably within GCP.
- Large Language Model experience and experience with communication protocols such as MCP.
- Experience with Airflow or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Background with an agentic AI platform, preferably Glean.
- Ability to mentor others and lead technology and best-practice efforts.
