Responsibilities
- Develop, test, deploy, and optimize UiPath automation workflows.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing automation processes.
- Integrate UiPath solutions with existing systems and collaborate with IT and business teams.
- Document automation processes and maintain records for compliance and future reference.
- Monitor and report on automation performance and identify new automation opportunities.
- Mentor and train junior developers on UiPath development practices.
- Stay current with UiPath features and industry trends and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of UiPath and business process automation.
- At least 5 years of experience in UiPath development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer certification.
- Experience developing and deploying UiPath workflows.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and optimizing UiPath solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience mentoring and training junior developers is preferred.
- Familiarity with other automation tools and technologies is preferred.
