Responsibilities
- Design and implement security measures and threat protection systems for AI platform infrastructure.
- Develop AI model management policies, operational oversight frameworks, and responsible AI governance structures.
- Ensure compliance with the EU AI Act, GDPR, ISO 27001, and applicable industry standards through monitoring and reporting.
- Define secure access controls, data isolation protocols, and trust boundaries between system components.
- Integrate security testing, vulnerability scanning, and compliance validation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Build security monitoring, automated threat detection, and incident response procedures for AI workloads.
- Create security documentation and compliance guides and provide AI security awareness training to development teams.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on DevSecOps, cybersecurity, or platform security in cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threat modeling, secure coding, and security controls for distributed systems.
- Familiarity with the EU AI Act, GDPR, ISO 27001, and compliance monitoring and reporting.
- Knowledge of AI-specific security issues, including model security, ML pipeline data privacy, and adversarial attack prevention.
- Hands-on experience with cloud security services, identity and access management, network security, and infrastructure security.
- Proficiency with security automation, vulnerability scanning, SAST/DAST, and CI/CD security integration.
- Ability to perform security risk assessments, threat analysis, and mitigation planning.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
