Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot cloud and AI infrastructure solutions based on open source software.
- Deploy AI infrastructure on NVIDIA-certified hardware and operate Kubernetes-based container infrastructure.
- Optimize system performance, reliability, scalability, and security across cloud, networking, storage, and compute environments.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues involving Linux, Kubernetes, networking, and storage hardware and software.
- Design and implement AI-driven automation across the DevOps lifecycle, including code development and maintenance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements, define technical strategies, and integrate cloud and software services.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality engineering standards.
- Lead technical tasks, mentor team members, and facilitate knowledge transfer to customers during delivery.
- Work with geographically distributed international teams and support customers with limited day-to-day oversight.
- Stay current with cloud operations and development trends, best practices, and open source technologies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in DevOps, software development, or a similar role.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure technologies and Kubernetes.
- Experience with high-performance data center processing, networking, and storage.
- Exposure to Golang and working knowledge of Python and JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Advanced troubleshooting and debugging skills across networking, storage, Linux, and Kubernetes, with attention to performance and security.
- Ability to lead technical tasks, collaborate with diverse teams, make independent decisions, and communicate effectively with customers.
- Excellent written and spoken English and strong customer-facing communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred qualifications include network or storage architecture, high-performance computing or GPU infrastructure, OpenStack, open source community contributions, conference presentations, Rancher, OpenShift, and VMware experience.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 25% if needed.
