Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end healthcare AI workflows using the Notable platform.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI flow architectures.
- Build intelligent automation flows incorporating AI orchestration and decision logic.
- Define and standardize workflow patterns for automation and compliance.
- Lead technical scoping sessions with customers to define workflow requirements.
- Implement flows using Flow Builder and manage project plans.
- Develop and execute testing plans to ensure flow reliability.
- Provide structured feedback to improve platform capabilities.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in enterprise software workflow design or healthcare IT.
- Hands-on experience with low-code tools and healthcare data integrations.
- Ability to think critically about complex systems and solve ambiguous problems.
- Proven communication skills for diverse audiences, from technical to executive.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% for customer meetings and company events.
