Responsibilities
- Handle daily client change requests and version upgrades.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and IVR call flow testing.
- Design, create, and execute test cases and scenarios.
- Validate API integrations using tools like SOAP UI or ReadyAPI.
- Test end-to-end client portal builds and web applications.
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects.
- Validate backend data using basic SQL queries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.
- Maintain testing documentation and support quality improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in API Testing.
- Knowledge of any scripting language.
- Familiarity with Open Source SOAPUI or Commercial READY API.
- Completion of Manual Testing courses or certifications.
- Exposure to XML and JSON.
- Experience with UI Automation tools is a plus.
