Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET and .NET Core.
- Create and extend APIs and system integrations using REST and SOAP.
- Participate in deployments and maintain applications in test and production environments.
- Analyze and resolve application problems and implement technical improvements.
- Work with infrastructure and administration teams on system operations.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- At least three years of practical experience developing applications with .NET or .NET Core.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, especially MS SQL Server, including T-SQL and data-structure design.
- Experience with Entity Framework Core or another ORM.
- Experience designing and implementing APIs and system integrations using REST and/or SOAP.
- Daily experience with Git and developer tools such as Visual Studio, VS Code, SQL Server Management Studio, and API-testing tools.
- Awareness of information-system security, stability, and reliability concerns.
- Experience with maps and geographic data, particularly OpenStreetMap-based solutions, is preferred.
- Experience developing frontend layers with Razor Pages or other web technologies is preferred.
- Experience with highly available or scalable systems is preferred.
