Responsibilities
- Provide consultative business and system integration services and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions.
- Advise on transformation, customer journeys, functional designs, and application designs to align solutions with business requirements.
- Analyze integration challenges and propose solutions to improve system efficiency.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate across teams, and contribute to team decisions.
- Manage and support team performance, facilitate knowledge sharing, and mentor team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years working with Python.
- Experience with generative AI or agentic AI systems.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience in database management and SQL.
- 15 years of full-time education.
