Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows and Android, Teams Phones, room booking panels, and Teams-certified peripherals.
- Troubleshoot complex meeting-room issues across devices, Microsoft 365, identity, and network services.
- Develop standards, monitoring, reporting, and proactive remediation to improve meeting-room reliability and user experience.
- Create and maintain PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API automation for device management, administration, reporting, monitoring, and remediation.
- Lead complex troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem management across Unified Communications services.
- Develop technical designs, standards, operational documentation, and change-management materials.
- Evaluate new Teams capabilities and meeting-room technologies and contribute to technical design and service improvements.
- Collaborate with Microsoft, technology vendors, and internal infrastructure, network, identity, and security teams.
Requirements
- Experience administering Microsoft Teams meetings, calling, and collaboration services.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Teams Phones, contact centre technologies, and Teams-certified AV devices.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Phone and associated calling technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and JSON.
- Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
- Experience with monitoring, reporting, proactive service remediation, enterprise network troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, technical design, documentation, and change management.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
