Base Salary
$115k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional teams in designing, implementing, enhancing, and supporting AI-enabled Icertis CLM solutions.
- Drive AI-powered automation, platform improvements, and integration initiatives for contract lifecycle processes.
- Gather requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and intelligent CLM solutions.
- Monitor system reliability, data integrity, compliance, and performance while resolving issues and driving continuous improvement.
- Manage project delivery, solution design, implementation support, process optimization, risk mitigation, and operational excellence activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise application delivery, contract lifecycle management platforms, or software engineering.
- 2+ years of experience leading teams, projects, or workstreams in a manager, lead, or supervisory capacity.
- Hands-on experience with Icertis CLM configuration, implementation, integration, and ongoing support.
- Experience delivering cloud-based enterprise applications, automation solutions, and AI-enabled technologies.
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, workflow automation, artificial intelligence, data management, and governance principles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Icertis certifications or enterprise-scale CLM implementation experience are preferred.
- Experience with Generative AI, AI-assisted workflows, intelligent document processing, automation technologies, digital transformation, or AI-driven modernization is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, payer, provider, life sciences, or other regulated industries and knowledge of contract operations, procurement, supplier management, or legal business processes are preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern software engineering principles is preferred.
