Base Salary

Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture, design, configuration, integration, and technical delivery of Blue Yonder WMS and WLM solutions.
  • Facilitate solution blueprinting, architecture workshops, functional mapping, requirements gathering, gap analysis, and end-to-end design sessions.
  • Design integrated supply chain execution solutions spanning warehouse management, labor management, automation, parcel and carrier systems, ERP, OMS, TMS, WCS/MHE, Voice, and ASRS.
  • Create and validate technical specifications, configuration scripts, trace-file analysis, data structures, and integration frameworks.
  • Oversee environment setup, software installation, configuration, performance tuning, technical testing, deployment, stabilization, and hypercare.
  • Lead or support integration, user acceptance, regression, and operational readiness testing.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues using trace files, data flows, database structures, queries, and integration logs.
  • Advise senior client stakeholders on architecture, platform strategy, automation readiness, and integration approaches.
  • Collaborate on project planning, estimating, RFP responses, solution proposals, and technical workshops.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to architectural standards, reusable assets, technical frameworks, and delivery governance.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience architecting, designing, or implementing Blue Yonder/JDA/RedPrairie WMS and/or WLM solutions.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading medium- to large-scale WMS projects through full-lifecycle delivery.
  • At least 10 years of overall corporate experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, logistics technology, or enterprise system integration.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 12 years of work experience, or an Associate's degree with equivalent experience of at least 6 years.
  • Deep Blue Yonder/JDA WMS expertise including configuration, MOCA, RF, integration methods, APIs, SQL, and system setup.
  • Experience integrating WMS with ERP or host systems, TMS, parcel and carrier systems, WCS/MHE, Voice, ASRS, label printing, and peripheral devices.
  • Experience diagnosing complex issues with trace files, database queries, logs, and architecture assessments.
  • Experience with multi-tier architecture, microservices, middleware, cloud deployment, and performance tuning.
  • Understanding of database structures, PL/SQL, ETL, and data migration processes.
  • Experience with other WMS platforms such as Manhattan, Körber, SAP eWM, or Oracle, and familiarity with OMS/TMS and broader supply chain applications.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile, or Kanban methodologies and exposure to machine learning or statistics is preferred.
