Base Salary
$106k - $223k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead complex customer engagements and deliver solutions optimized for security, resilience, AI, cost, performance, scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
- Design, prototype, and implement Copilot Studio agent solutions, including roadmaps, proofs of concept, MVPs, and reusable AI capabilities.
- Debug technical issues and resolve customer blockers preventing project go-live or successful production deployment.
- Advise technical and business decision-makers, including C-suite stakeholders, and translate customer challenges into business-focused solutions.
- Provide technical program management through factory delivery processes, including intake reviews, milestone sizing, project status monitoring, technical scoping, and objection handling.
- Collaborate with Microsoft field teams, sales teams, partners, and virtual teams to drive adoption, consumption, customer success, and partner offerings.
- Gather customer and partner feedback, influence product roadmaps and feature prioritization, and contribute frameworks, intellectual property, best practices, and customer references.
- Mentor others, educate customers on Copilot Studio capabilities, and present complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business, liberal arts, or a related field and 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, architecture, practice development, or consulting; equivalent experience is accepted.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, including experience with Microsoft Azure business solutions, architecture, IT consulting, or business applications consulting; equivalent experience is accepted.
- Preferred: 8+ years of customer-facing experience working on technical Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or Copilot Studio projects.
- Deep expertise in one or more Microsoft 365 areas, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure solutions, solution architecture, cloud/collaboration environments, security, compliance, identity, or governance and risk management.
- Experience developing reusable AI skills, prompts, instructions, orchestration patterns, agentic workflows, or solutions using Microsoft AI platforms and agentic frameworks.
- Knowledge of generative AI, large language models, responsible AI, ethical considerations, bias mitigation, fairness, and foundational model toolsets.
- Preferred certification in Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform/Copilot Studio, Microsoft Azure, cloud security, AI business, AI transformation, or AI fundamentals.
- Strong presentation, verbal communication, written communication, collaboration, conflict resolution, stakeholder engagement, and partner engagement skills.
Benefits
- The typical U.S. base pay range is $106,400–$203,600 per year, with a separate San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area range of $137,600–$222,600 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
- The position is open for a minimum of five days and accepts applications on an ongoing basis until filled.
