Base Salary
$160k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for developer experience and AI tooling across Tatari engineering.
- Evaluate, deploy, and drive adoption of AI coding assistants and agentic development tools.
- Design and build internal AI-powered agents and automations for engineering workflows.
- Identify and eliminate friction in the development inner loop, including CI/CD pipeline speed and reliability.
- Design and implement ephemeral developer environments across the microservice landscape.
- Define and instrument developer productivity metrics to prioritize improvements.
- Partner with application engineers, data scientists, and analytics teams to enhance their workflows.
- Participate in technical architecture discussions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud-based infrastructure, platform, or developer tooling roles.
- Hands-on use of AI coding assistants in your workflow.
- Experience building with LLM APIs and agentic workflows.
- Proven track record of improving CI/CD systems and developer environments.
- Strong Python and shell scripting skills.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code, preferably Terraform.
- Empathy for engineering challenges and a drive to resolve them.
