Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the smooth operation and reliability of critical applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex software applications using logs and system metrics to identify root causes.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members in problem-solving and technical skills.
- Improve support processes to increase team productivity and service quality.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in PySpark.
- Proficiency in PySpark is required.
- Strong knowledge of distributed computing frameworks and big data processing.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging complex software applications.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques in data processing environments.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
