Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy HR applications, workflow solutions, and internal tools.
- Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation and enhancement.
- Drive GenAI, workflow automation, and technology adoption initiatives within HR.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Apply modern software engineering and development best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another quantitative discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in software development, workflow products, or internal business applications.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL.
- Experience with Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or similar cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of APIs, application architecture, testing frameworks, source control, and software development best practices.
- Experience with data governance, controls, and model validation frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate complex business challenges into practical solutions.
- Experience in transformation, automation, AI enablement, operational excellence, or consulting environments is highly desirable.
