Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions tailored to business objectives.
- Develop, configure, and maintain Experience Cloud applications, including security models, JIT and SSO user management, and site migrations.
- Integrate Salesforce Experience Cloud with external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and MuleSoft or Boomi.
- Optimize Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, and Experience Builder for performance, usability, and scalability.
- Lead automated and manual testing, test planning, and risk mitigation for software deployments.
- Provide post-deployment production support, troubleshoot complex system issues, and resolve software defects.
- Prepare technical documentation for software design, configuration, and implementation.
- Collaborate on solution integration, prototype pilots, proof-of-concept initiatives, and Experience Cloud adoption.
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture.
- Significant expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud architecture and implementation.
- Experience with the Experience Cloud Data Security Model, JIT and SSO user management, site migrations, CMS Connect, and content management.
- Proficiency with Apex programming, including classes, triggers, Queueables, Batchable, and Schedulable.
- Experience optimizing SOQL/SOSL queries and integrating systems through REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with middleware integration using MuleSoft or Boomi.
- Preferred experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration and optimization.
- Preferred experience with Data Loader, Workbench, large data volumes, Visualforce, and Aura components.
- Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Platform Developer I, Architect, or Experience Cloud Consultant are preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is listed as a desired qualification.
- Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I, or Architect certifications are desired.
