Responsibilities
- Represent Global Technical Services across solution design, data migration, systems integration, and other workstreams.
- Develop internal and external tools that support customer and consultant integrations and migrations.
- Own tool roadmaps, release planning, and product lifecycles.
- Design and implement cloud-based integrations using REST APIs.
- Manage day-to-day operations, deployments, system monitoring, security patching, and incident resolution for hosted integrations.
- Support Computer System Validation for integrations compliant with 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11.
- Gather functional and technical requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Collaborate with Services, Product, and other stakeholders to support customer success.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development lifecycle experience using Java, SQL, and REST APIs.
- At least 3 years of customer-facing technical consulting experience.
- Programming experience with Spring, Maven, and AWS.
- Ability to translate business and functional needs into technical solutions for Quality, Clinical, Regulatory, and Safety systems in the life sciences industry.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools or CLI assistants such as Claude Code or Gemini CLI.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Veeva Vault SDK development experience is preferred.
- Experience supporting high-impact global system implementation programs as a consultant or IT lead is preferred.
