Base Salary
$147k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create vertical Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools for agentic experiences on XR devices.
- Improve and customize MCP integrations for XR device form factors and experiences.
- Create frameworks that connect Gemini integrations with Android XR application experiences.
- Collaborate with Gemini and Android teams to create capabilities for Android XR developers.
- Collaborate with Android XR AI researchers to bring new AI capabilities to Android XR developers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of programming experience in Java, Kotlin, or C++.
- At least 2 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- At least 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- At least 2 years of Android application development experience.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience with performance, large-scale systems data analysis, visualization tools, or debugging.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
Benefits
- US base salary of $147000 - $210000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
