Responsibilities
- Understand requirements and design software solutions based on client and system needs.
- Develop, modify, debug, test, validate, and maintain software modules and applications.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Analyze and resolve system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance or availability improvements.
- Support software installation, system modifications, deployment, monitoring, and release-plan adherence.
- Document solutions using specifications, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and formal reports.
- Coordinate with project teams, engineering staff, systems analysts, project managers, stakeholders, and clients.
- Provide project status updates, MIS reports, customer responses, requirements clarification, and delivery feedback.
- Maintain customer-focused communication and participate in continuing education and training.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Network Operations - Utilities.
- Ability to analyze requirements, systems flows, data usage, work processes, and software feasibility.
- Ability to develop software, automate testing, troubleshoot defects, and improve system performance.
- Ability to collaborate with clients and cross-functional technical and project teams.
- Ability to prepare accurate technical documentation, reports, and project status updates.
- Ability to support customer requests, quality assurance, delivery schedules, and customer satisfaction goals.
