Base Salary

$142k - $197k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Deliver user-facing features that improve loan application and rate-check experiences and conversion metrics.
  • Maintain full-stack web applications by monitoring latency, error rates, and other key system metrics at scale.
  • Help define and build a next-generation platform funding form supporting multiple products.
  • Contribute to architectural direction and long-term scalability.
  • Improve system performance, reliability, and on-call health for owned features.
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Machine Learning to launch product flows, model upgrades, and personalized borrower journeys.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent, plus 4 years of experience.
  • End-to-end feature delivery across frontend and backend systems, including APIs and microservices.
  • Strong frontend development experience building performant, usable, customer-facing web applications.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Design, and other engineering teams.
  • Preferred: experience improving conversion funnels or other high-scale, metrics-driven journeys through A/B testing or personalization.
  • Preferred: experience operating in a microservices-based architecture.
  • Preferred: fintech or other highly regulated, high-availability experience.
