Responsibilities
- Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
- Create customer and internal workflows for various financial services.
- Turn ambiguous product problems into working systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic.
- Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI engineers to launch and improve products.
- Develop internal tools and automation to reduce manual work and enhance team efficiency.
- Monitor, debug, learn, and improve post-release work.
Requirements
- Strong full stack engineering experience with real shipped products.
- Comfortable across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and production debugging.
- Good frontend execution using React, Next.js, Vue, or similar modern stacks.
- Solid backend fundamentals around APIs, data models, authentication, and integrations.
- Strong product sense with the ability to simplify complex workflows.
- Ability to work quickly with ambiguity and take ownership of outcomes.
