Responsibilities
- Write production code to build integrations and configure AI agents.
- Create and manage technical project plans from scoping to go-live.
- Architect systems and playbooks for scalable implementations.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer teams.
- Monitor and optimize AI agent performance in production.
- Drive account growth by deploying new features and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of engineering experience shipping production systems.
- Proven track record of managing complex technical projects.
- Experience as a primary technical point of contact with customers.
- Ability to synthesize customer needs into actionable insights.
