Responsibilities
- Define how systems connect across the full customer lifecycle.
- Structure solutions around core business capabilities to reduce fragmentation.
- Ensure clean handoffs and consistent data models across domains.
- Lead architecture for Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
- Partner with data teams to align system design with analytics needs.
- Define how AI is embedded into GTM workflows.
- Ensure solutions are practical and integrated into core systems.
- Design reliable, scalable integrations across internal and third-party systems.
- Set and enforce standards for system design and data quality.
- Participate in cross-functional architecture reviews.
- Evaluate tools and capabilities in the context of the broader ecosystem.
- Drive consolidation and simplicity in system architecture.
- Mentor engineers and program managers on system design.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing and delivering complex architectures in SaaS environments.
- Deep experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and system design patterns.
- Experience working across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Support workflows.
- Proven ability to balance speed and long-term scalability.
- Comfortable operating in a cross-functional environment.
