Responsibilities
- Design, code, and ship full-stack features for Netic’s AI platform and agentic products.
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand workflows, gather feedback, and turn pain points into product features.
- Own projects end to end from specification through production, including data models, APIs, front-end polish, and post-launch iteration.
- Build, test, and monitor production features for reliability and performance.
Requirements
- Ability to deliver user-facing software at scale across multiple release cycles.
- Full-stack fluency with React, TypeScript, and Python, plus experience with databases and cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, embeddings, or RAG patterns is nice to have, with willingness to learn quickly accepted.
- Ability to translate stakeholder goals into clear technical specifications and products.
- Ability to independently navigate ambiguity and write clean code quickly.
- Strong communication skills for explaining architectural trade-offs to engineers and business outcomes to executives.
