Responsibilities
- Embed with client engineering teams to own the complete deployment lifecycle of AI solutions from technical scoping through production handoff.
- Design and implement integrations and workflows connecting Meta AI platforms with client systems such as CRMs, inventory systems, and messaging infrastructure.
- Architect scalable solutions, analyze code quality, and resolve performance and latency bottlenecks in AI workloads.
- Turn deployment patterns into reusable software components and playbooks.
- Build and configure testing and evaluation frameworks for AI reliability, safety, and output quality.
- Lead complex technical efforts and cross-functional workstreams while mentoring peer engineers.
- Translate field challenges into actionable feedback for internal engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 6 years of relevant programming experience, or 3 years of experience plus a PhD.
- Track record of setting technical direction, building consensus, and establishing successful cross-functional partnerships.
- Experience building maintainable and testable codebases, including API design and unit testing techniques.
- Preferred experience deploying complex AI applications from proof of concept into production at scale.
- Preferred experience working directly with external partners, enterprise clients, or cross-functional teams on complex integrations.
- Preferred experience designing scalable solutions on major cloud platforms, including AWS and GCP.
- Preferred experience with AI testing and evaluation, safety reviews, hallucination mitigation, and quality benchmarks.
- Preferred experience in regulated industries or with enterprise compliance requirements such as SOC2, data residency, and privacy frameworks.
- Preferred ability to lead technical projects, provide actionable product feedback, and integrate AI tools to improve workflows.
- Preferred experience with responsible AI practices, prompt and context engineering, and agent orchestration.
