Base Salary
$138k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and fine-tune AI and machine learning models.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and training workflows.
- Evaluate model performance using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
- Analyze data and model outputs to recommend algorithm changes.
- Identify and assess tools and technologies for platform goals.
- Collaborate with software developers and stakeholders for integration.
- Ensure AI solutions are transparent, testable, and maintainable.
- Communicate technical approaches and results to various audiences.
Requirements
- An Active Secret security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience with ETL and ELT data pipelines in Databricks.
- Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and libraries like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Experience deploying models on cloud platforms and using containerization tools.
- Experience with MLOps and model monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of data modeling and neural network architectures.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
