Responsibilities
- Own enterprise customer accounts end to end, including discovery, specification, implementation, QA, release, and escalation management.
- Ship production code in the toolkit monorepo and customer SDKs, including custom and composite tools, schema and scope changes, and customer-specific patches.
- Turn large enterprise APIs into agent-usable tool surfaces and build evaluations that measure whether agents select the correct tools.
- QA toolkits and build repeatable QA harnesses.
- Run weekly customer syncs and communicate summaries, ETAs, and escalations.
- Operate per-customer tool patching as a self-service process and dogfood Composio in personal workflows.
Requirements
- Production experience shipping integration code rather than demos.
- Experience with enterprise APIs, OAuth 2.0, consent models, scope design, and multi-workspace tokens.
- Experience taking a named enterprise account from initial discovery through launch and translating ambiguous requests into specifications.
- Experience building with language models and designing systems for language-model agents.
- Ability to make and defend architecture decisions with customer principal engineers.
- Strong written and verbal communication, developer-experience judgment, and customer trust-building skills.
- Python production experience is optional, with TypeScript experience a plus.
- API platform, iPaaS, integration-heavy, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Solutions Architect experience is optional.
- Experience with MCP servers, tool-use evaluations, or agent-tooling research is optional.
