Responsibilities
- Own enterprise accounts from discovery to release.
- Ship production code in the toolkit monorepo and customer SDKs.
- Transform large enterprise APIs into agent-usable tools.
- Build evaluation tools to ensure correct tool selection by agents.
- QA toolkits and create repeatable QA harnesses.
- Run weekly customer syncs to maintain engagement coherence.
- Manage per-customer tool patching as a self-service process.
Requirements
- Experience in applied integration engineering with a focus on production code.
- Familiarity with enterprise APIs, OAuth 2.0, and consent models.
- Proven track record of taking enterprise accounts from initial contact to live deployment.
- Experience building with and for language models in AI.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex ideas clearly.
