Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, test, implement, and support applications and databases, including third-party product integrations.
- Translate technical specifications into code for moderately complex projects and implement automated testing practices.
- Deploy code to development, test, and production environments, provide production support, and complete change-control documentation.
- Participate in architecture, design, code, test, and systems analysis inspections throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Optimize database design, code performance, scalability, and backend system security and data protection.
- Integrate and maintain data pipelines between APIs and backend systems while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and support agentic AI solutions using LLMs, agent development, prompt engineering, AI workflows, automation, and memory-management concepts.
- Maintain backend software documentation describing logic, processes, and architecture.
- Understand client business functions and collaborate with business stakeholders, front-end developers, and technology teams.
- Follow software development, architecture, information technology, and information security policies and procedures.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in application development, system analysis, or database management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Applications, such as a B.E., B.Tech, or BCA.
- Hands-on software development experience with Python, TypeScript, API development, database design, SQL, and data optimization techniques.
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Node.js, AWS, GitHub, Bitbucket, and Bamboo.
- Experience with LLMs, agent development, prompt engineering, agent memory management, AI workflows, and automation.
- Understanding of cloud platforms, data concepts, backend security, API integration, and third-party software integration.
- Experience with UiPath Platform and UiPath Agent Builder is beneficial; Amazon Bedrock, QuickSight, Adobe Experience Manager AWS Cloud, and financial services knowledge are added advantages.
- Experience debugging AWS and legacy systems and monitoring or refining dashboards and SLOs while following playbooks.
- Proficiency with Confluence and Jira, plus the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams.
