Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve the SLOs of cloud infrastructure services.
- Track budgets, identify variances, and report them to senior colleagues.
- Support customer needs and back-office customer advisor activities using standardized protocols.
- Deliver prescribed outcomes within established data management systems and procedures.
- Identify shortcomings in processes, systems, and procedures and support change-management programs.
- Review IT security non-compliance issues and help resolve ad hoc problems with guidance.
- Investigate questions related to existing programs, processes, and procedures.
- Analyze customer needs and perform designated development and engineering activities.
- Track risk parameters and report major deviations to senior colleagues.
- Use product specifications to design test procedures and standards.
- Develop personal capabilities and coach others when required.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience.
- Experience with Dynatrace is desirable.
- Experience with AI is desirable.
- Experience with automation is desirable.
- Ability to work within established systems, procedures, risk controls, and IT security processes.
