Base Salary
$162k - $219k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own technical deliveries from requirements through planning, implementation, and delivery.
- Participate in production support and a paid on-call rota for high-impact incident response.
- Develop software build and test solutions involving CI, binary, secret, and test management.
- Develop services using SaaS, cloud-based environments, and large-scale clustered compute.
- Use Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform to exploit virtualization and cloud technologies.
- Improve the daily efficiency and engineering experience of Arm’s software and hardware engineers.
Requirements
- Have 4 to 8 years of working experience in DevOps.
- Demonstrate experience in software development and build processes.
- Understand the software development lifecycle.
- Have strong experience with at least one of Python, Groovy, Java, Golang, C, or C++.
- Have experience with Cloudbees CI or Jenkins Pipelines.
- Have containerization experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and ArgoCD.
- Have experience building, provisioning, and maintaining Linux-based infrastructure.
- Have cloud services experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, with AWS preferred.
- Have experience with infrastructure-as-code technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
- Platform Engineering experience focused on developer experience, efficiency, and automated self-service infrastructure access is preferred.
- Microservice software development experience is preferred.
- Experience using AI-assisted tools or techniques to improve engineering efficiency and developer workflows is preferred.
