[IT Delivery Center] Test Automation Engineer

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated test suites for functional and non-functional requirements across acceptance and deployment stages.
- Execute automated, manual, exploratory, UI, acceptance, regression, sanity, performance, load, and stress testing as applicable.
- Integrate test suites into the CI/CD pipeline and maintain systematic execution at acceptance and deployment stages.
- Create, apply, and refine test strategies, test plans, and acceptance criteria with coverage of corner, edge, and boundary cases.
- Debug application issues, perform root cause analysis, and troubleshoot defects and performance problems across application layers.
- Collaborate with software engineers, architects, development managers, business analysts, product owners, and distributed testing teams.
- Provide progress updates to the Team Manager and build working knowledge of ComLIMS-Quotation and Eurofins EurIS systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least three years of software testing experience focused on automation, with proven manual testing skills.
- Thorough understanding of acceptance, regression, sanity, exploratory, functional, and non-functional testing.
- Proficiency in test automation using object-oriented languages such as Java or C#.
- Experience with UI automation using Selenium or JavaScript frameworks such as WebdriverIO.
- Understanding of REST web service patterns and ESB queuing patterns, with the ability to test them through automation.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban and DevOps practices.
- Experience debugging code, troubleshooting across application layers, and analyzing defect and performance root causes.
- Hands-on exploratory testing experience and ability to collaborate with distributed, multilingual teams.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and conversational Vietnamese proficiency.
- Preferred experience with BDD tools such as SpecFlow/Reqnroll, JBehave, or Cucumber.js.
- Preferred scripting experience with PowerShell, Shell, or Bash.
- Preferred experience testing backend services using Domain-Driven Design and using Git, Azure DevOps Pipelines, Jenkins, JavaScript, TypeScript, JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, and SQL.
- Preferred conversational proficiency in Mandarin or French.
