Responsibilities
- Understand client and software requirements and convert them into feasible designs.
- Design, code, test, maintain, modify, and troubleshoot software applications and modules.
- Develop and automate software validation processes, including test cases and usage scenarios.
- Perform root-cause analysis, resolve defects, and improve system performance and availability.
- Prepare code, technical documentation, project reports, status updates, flowcharts, diagrams, and implementation materials.
- Coordinate with project teams, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, customers, and stakeholders.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, provide customer updates, and support on-time delivery.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, quality assurance, MIS reporting, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to maintain current programming and software practices.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
- 5-8 years of professional experience.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting software programs or applications.
- Ability to analyze requirements, system flows, data usage, work processes, and software problems.
- Ability to develop test cases, automate software validation, document solutions, and prepare technical reports.
- Ability to collaborate with client-facing, functional, engineering, project management, and systems analysis teams.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers through email, calls, fault tracking, and other channels.
