Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain software products.
- Take full-stack ownership by writing production-ready and testable code.
- Create scalable, reliable, performant designs aligned with architectural best practices.
- Analyze failures, propose design changes, and drive operational improvements.
- Conduct and respond to code reviews while following engineering standards and development procedures.
- Ensure product development follows compliance, security, and software reliability standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, product owners, scrum masters, vendors, customers, and adjacent teams.
- Prioritize and size work for incremental delivery and communicate blockers or delays.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Generally a minimum of seven years of experience.
- Understanding of algorithms, data structures, architectural design patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Ability to define and fulfill solutions requirements for end users.
- Strong collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Understanding of product features, user and workflow impacts, team domains, and business and technical strategy.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.
