Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver AI agents using Agentforce and other AI platforms.
- Pioneer intelligent automations in enterprise environments.
- Build test automations to enhance QA efficiencies.
- Collaborate with product designers and end-users to refine AI use cases.
- Execute tasks in the application development life cycle using relevant programming languages.
- Perform unit tests and create quality test scripts.
- Analyze and debug systems for standard issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for builds and AI agents.
- Onboard and mentor junior application engineers.
- Support transformational projects and resolve complex incidents.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building Agentforce AI Agents and workflows.
- Experience with intelligent process automation tools like Power Automate.
- Solid experience in creating test automations for Salesforce.
- Proficient in coding with JavaScript, Apex, and Python.
- Experience with Salesforce and external system integrations.
- Familiarity with DevOps processes and tools.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies.
- Solid experience with automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent organization and critical-thinking skills.
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
