Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, troubleshoot, and maintain software modules and applications.
- Automate software validation by creating and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root cause analysis, resolve system issues, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Support software installation, modification, deployment, continuous integration, and monitoring activities.
- Prepare code documentation, technical reports, project specifications, status updates, flowcharts, diagrams, and other formal documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Gather client requirements and clarifications, respond to customer requests, track faults, and collect feedback.
- Support quality assurance, customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, MIS reporting, and assigned certification activities.
Requirements
- Demonstrated software development, coding, testing, troubleshooting, and software lifecycle knowledge.
- Ability to analyze requirements, information needs, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Ability to design test cases and automate software validation.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and recommend system performance improvements.
- Ability to document solutions clearly and produce accurate technical and status reports.
- Effective communication, problem-solving and decision-making, learning agility, and passion for results.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, learn new programming languages, and complete relevant certifications.
