Responsibilities

  • Lead a small, high-output agentic engineering pod migrating AWS Lambda applications to Azure.
  • Own and evolve the claude_code_forge scaffolding, including repository structure, CLAUDE.md templates, agents, MCP tool configurations, and custom slash commands.
  • Design the harness, constraints, and feedback loops that enable Claude Code agents to produce reliable work.
  • Decompose the AWS estate into depth-first migration work packages with clear, agent-validated acceptance criteria.
  • Enforce architectural invariants through structural tests, linting rules, and dependency-layer checks.
  • Run weekly entropy-management sweeps using background Claude Code tasks.
  • Mentor engineers on prompt-driven TDD, multi-agent orchestration, and Claude Desktop and Cowork workflows.
  • Report migration velocity, agent utilization, and risk to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of software engineering experience.
  • At least 2 years leading delivery teams and experience handling big teams.
  • Deep AWS and Azure serverless experience, including Lambda to Functions, DynamoDB to Cosmos DB, and Step Functions to Durable Functions migrations.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Claude Code, Claude Desktop, and Cowork.
  • A track record of building developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, or platform engineering.
