Base Salary
$149k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure systems.
- Architect and evolve distributed systems including storage platforms and compute orchestration.
- Improve developer experience by building internal platforms and CI/CD systems.
- Collaborate across teams to design secure and performant systems.
- Participate in shaping platform strategy and engineering best practices.
- Debug and resolve complex production issues.
- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of collaboration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience in backend or infrastructure engineering.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems concepts.
- Experience with cloud-native environments and infrastructure-as-code.
- Proficiency in languages such as Go, TypeScript, Python, Rust, or Ruby.
- Strong system design skills and a track record of architecting resilient systems.
- Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating across teams.
