Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead cloud architecture, solution design, and end-to-end delivery for large-scale Azure environments.
- Define and implement scalable, secure, highly available Azure solutions, architecture patterns, standards, and best practices.
- Design and maintain Terraform infrastructure modules, reusable landing zones, and enterprise-scale Azure environments.
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Establish Azure security, governance, compliance, IAM/RBAC, and Policy as Code strategies.
- Design container infrastructure, cloud networking, resilience, high availability/disaster recovery, and multi-region architectures.
- Monitor and optimize workload performance and Azure spending using FinOps practices.
- Define observability strategies with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights, and lead incident response and root cause analysis.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, lead technical direction, and conduct design reviews, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, leadership, and non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive cloud modernization initiatives and operational processes for large-scale Azure environments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience across multiple large-scale Azure enterprise environments.
- Architect-level expertise designing and implementing cloud strategies, standards, and large-scale Azure solutions.
- Expertise developing complex Terraform infrastructure modules and end-to-end solutions from scratch.
- Strong DevOps expertise, including designing and building complex CI/CD pipelines.
- Architect-level expertise in Policy as Code strategy and implementation.
- Experience designing, implementing, and operating container infrastructure and large-scale Azure operational processes.
- Strong programming skills and fluency in at least one of Python, Node.js, Java, C#, or C++.
- Strong knowledge of securing and managing public cloud infrastructure at scale, including Azure IAM/RBAC design and implementation.
- Deep knowledge of Azure IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS services and experience building public-cloud solutions.
- Hands-on expertise designing and operating large-scale cloud networking.
- Broad IT engineering knowledge across networking, infrastructure, security, solution architecture, operating systems, protocols, identity and access management, automation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, research, analytical, independent-work, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under tight timelines and in a fast-paced enterprise environment using Agile processes.
