Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead cloud architecture, solution design, standards, patterns, and end-to-end delivery for Azure environments.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, highly available, and resilient Azure solutions, including high-availability/disaster-recovery and multi-region architectures.
- Develop and maintain Terraform Infrastructure as Code modules, reusable landing zones, and enterprise-scale Azure environments.
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Implement Azure security, Zero Trust, RBAC, Defender for Cloud, governance, policies, and compliance practices.
- Design and operate container infrastructure, cloud networking, IAM, and large-scale Azure operational processes.
- Monitor and optimize workload performance and cloud spend using observability and FinOps practices.
- Define observability strategies with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights, and drive incident response and root cause analysis.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, lead technical direction, and conduct design reviews, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, leadership, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in multiple large-scale Azure enterprise environments.
- Architect-level experience designing and implementing cloud strategies, standards, and large-scale Azure solutions.
- Expertise developing complex Terraform Infrastructure as Code modules and solutions end-to-end.
- Strong DevOps experience designing and building complex CI/CD pipelines.
- Architect-level expertise in Policy as Code strategy and implementation.
- Experience designing, implementing, and operating container infrastructure and large-scale Azure operational processes.
- Strong programming skills and fluency in at least one of Python, Node.js, Java, C#, or C++.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience securing and managing public cloud infrastructure, including Azure IAM/RBAC at scale.
- Deep knowledge of Azure IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS services and experience building public-cloud solutions.
- Hands-on expertise designing and operating large-scale cloud networking.
- Broad IT engineering knowledge across networking, infrastructure, security, solutions architecture, operating systems, protocols, identity and access management, automation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, research, analytical, independent-working, teamwork, and complex-problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under tight timelines in a fast-paced enterprise environment using Agile processes.
