Responsibilities
- Build and own the code promotion pipeline from Harness validation output through Helios deployment.
- Ensure AI-generated code is auditable, reproducible, reviewable, explainable, and rollback-ready.
- Establish coding standards and governance policies for AI-assisted development.
- Build and operate runtime infrastructure for AI-generated code and sanctioned agents on RBC AI Platforms.
- Own containerization, orchestration, secrets management, scaling, observability, circuit breakers, graceful degradation, rollback mechanisms, and zero-downtime deployments.
- Build monitoring and alerting that distinguishes model, code, and platform failure modes.
- Set up human-in-the-loop validation, access controls, and audit trails for automated code.
- Translate user stories and Jira tickets into precise technical specifications that AI agents can execute safely.
Requirements
- Experience with agent orchestration tools such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen for multi-agent workflows.
- Ability to design tool contracts, APIs using FastAPI or gRPC, and Model Context Protocol connections.
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Experience using AI to generate test cases, analyze logs, and run validation checks.
- Experience with specification-driven development, including tools or approaches such as spec-kit and open spec.
- Experience establishing governance, security controls, human-in-the-loop validation, access controls, and audit trails for automated code.
- Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Ability to determine stakeholder and project information and communication needs.
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management capabilities.
- Strong understanding of technology and/or the financial services industry.
