Responsibilities
- Build and own the code promotion pipeline from Harness validation output through Helios deployment.
- Ensure AI-generated code is auditable, reproducible, reviewable, explainable, and capable of rollback.
- Establish coding standards for AI-assisted development and collaborate with risk, governance, and engineering teams to codify enforceable policies.
- Build and operate runtime infrastructure for AI-generated code and sanctioned agents on RBC AI Platforms.
- Own containerization, orchestration, secrets management, scaling, observability, circuit breakers, graceful degradation, rollback mechanisms, and zero-downtime deployments.
- Build monitoring and alerting that distinguishes failures caused by models, code, or the platform.
- Design tool contracts, APIs, and Model Context Protocol connections for multi-agent workflows.
- Implement automated validation, testing, log analysis, access controls, audit trails, and human-in-the-loop validation.
Requirements
- Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen for multi-agent workflows.
- Ability to design tool contracts, FastAPI/gRPC APIs, and Model Context Protocol connections.
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes container orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Experience using AI to generate test cases, analyze logs, and run validation checks.
- Ability to translate user stories and Jira tickets into precise technical specifications that AI agents can execute safely, including use of spec-kit or open spec.
- Experience establishing human-in-the-loop validation, access controls, and audit trails for automated code.
- Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify stakeholder and project information and communication needs.
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management capabilities.
- Strong understanding of technology and/or the financial services industry.
