Responsibilities
- Build and deliver scalable, reliable front-end and back-end features across the learning platform.
- Develop quizzes, mini-games, interactive layouts, custom themes, learning paths, automations, and agentic workflows.
- Own courses and user learning experiences from concept through completion.
- Improve performance and make architectural decisions for a high-volume global user base.
- Lead significant end-to-end technical projects and contribute to product roadmap planning.
- Mentor developers, improve team practices, and help upskill peers.
Requirements
- At least a decade of software engineering experience and established senior-level experience.
- Deep full-stack development expertise using Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Strong product mindset and a passion for building high-quality products that deliver user value.
- Proven experience leading projects end to end, creating execution plans, and mentoring developers.
- Ability to manage broad accountability, switch contexts, and solve complex scalability challenges.
- Professional or hobbyist experience using AI tools or incorporating AI into projects.
- Hands-on experience with GraphQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is preferred.
