Responsibilities
- Build and deliver scalable, reliable full-stack features for the gamification platform.
- Develop simulations that train users against evolving cybersecurity threats, including multi-channel attacks and AI-enabled attacks.
- Extend the simulation engine across email, chat, and phone attack scenarios.
- Design and ship gamification features such as leaderboards, achievements, and learning paths.
- Scale systems that were not originally designed for the company’s current level of usage.
- Collaborate with Product Management and engineering peers to plan, scope, and execute projects.
- Drive significant end-to-end projects and contribute to architectural decisions and product roadmap execution.
Requirements
- At least approximately five years of industry experience is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript and React.
- Experience building backend services and APIs using Node.js and MongoDB.
- Experience building and maintaining large-scale systems used by real end-users.
- A track record of consistently delivering results and a strong builder mindset.
- A strong product mindset with the ability to balance technical quality, user value, and business impact.
- An AI-native mindset and enthusiasm for AI-assisted software workflows and teams of parallel agents.
- Deep focus on system logic and architecture is a bonus; deep UX expertise is not required.
