Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end vertical slices of the Media Library platform.
- Document services and communicate platform offerings to internal teams.
- Define, design, and own API contracts for internal and external stakeholders.
- Build well-designed, high-quality software for the Creative Engineering Group.
- Collaborate with UX, product, infrastructure, support, peers, and customers to deliver solutions.
- Contribute to innovations and product development for Smartly’s Creative Group.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience building robust, complex, and distributed web applications.
- Experience building and maintaining complex client applications with React.
- Backend development experience with modern technologies, including Node.js and TypeScript.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Motivation to solve customer problems and deliver value quickly.
- Ability to work hybrid from the Helsinki office three days per week.
