Responsibilities
- Implement and augment generative AI models and tools, including GPT, Llama, LangChain, and Langfuse.
- Integrate and enhance third-party solutions such as Microsoft Copilot with proprietary solutions and methods.
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions including data augmentation, RAG systems, and virtual assistants.
- Optimize generative AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain MLOps pipelines covering data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation.
- Develop and maintain containerized AI backends using Docker and FastAPI.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and customers to define AI project requirements.
- Research advances in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning and identify opportunities for integration.
- Create technical specifications, user guides, presentations, and other documentation.
- Contribute to generative AI development standards and provide technical mentorship to team members.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field; a Ph.D. is a plus.
- Solid experience implementing generative AI models and strong understanding of deep learning techniques such as transformer models.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with machine-learning libraries.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services such as Azure.
- Native Dutch and English written and verbal communication skills; French is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, independent-working, and collaboration skills.
- Experience deploying scalable machine learning models, GitHub projects, Kaggle competitions, relevant AI/ML publications, or experience in Data Quality, Retail, Manufacturing, or Finance is a plus.
