Base Salary

$120k - $159k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead SRE execution and operational delivery for Cross Enterprise organizations.
  • Drive high availability, maintainability, production support, monitoring, and automation for complex application platforms and microservices.
  • Monitor systems and application logs, respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues across the technology stack, and coordinate failure recovery.
  • Develop automation for application deployment, management, configuration, scaling, and monitoring.
  • Manage continuous deployment and integrate reliability and operational improvements.
  • Lead and mentor technology teams while communicating strategic technology plans to business and technology partners.
  • Create documentation, standard operating procedures, knowledge-transfer materials, and host Gameday exercises.

Requirements

  • Experience with Linux and Java software development, architecture, operations, or DevOps.
  • Experience leading or managing technology teams, aligning strategy with execution, and mentoring or coaching individuals.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve business- and service-impacting problems and evaluate alternative solutions.
  • Familiarity with Oracle and SQL database management systems.
  • Knowledge of Platform as a Service and Infrastructure as a Service.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery tools such as Bamboo or Go.
  • Experience with Git, JIRA, and the Atlassian stack.
  • Experience with environment provisioning and deployment automation using Salt, Chef, or Puppet.
  • Experience with Terraform is required.
  • Experience with production-support on-call work and incident management.
  • Ability to work with global teams and adapt to changing demands and priorities.
