Responsibilities
- Engage customers in a consultative capacity regarding NICE products.
- Configure NICE products based on best practices and customer requirements.
- Manage customer expectations and satisfaction throughout the project.
- Serve as a project manager for small to large-scale projects.
- Conduct comprehensive cost/benefit analysis and prepare business cases.
- Supervise junior staff and subcontracted personnel during project life cycles.
Requirements
- BS/BA in a technical or business field or equivalent work experience required.
- MBA preferred.
- 4+ years of professional experience in relevant fields.
- Experience in both technology and business analysis.
- Strong communication skills at both technical and functional levels.
- Analytical, inquisitive, and service-oriented personal profile.
