Responsibilities
- Lead the development and testing of banking core systems and services.
- Participate in shaping the technical architecture of the product.
- Translate product requirements into user stories and technical solutions.
- Deliver highly available and scalable services in a production environment.
- Support the technical culture and help grow the team.
- Generate ideas for new initiatives and technologies.
- Communicate with project leads, product managers, and other software developers.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- Proficiency in Profile scripting language (PSL).
- Experience with hierarchical databases such as GT.M/MUMPS.
- Knowledge of core banking system development (FIS Profile).
- Familiarity with Linux/UNIX application environments.
- Experience in data migration and system upgrades.
- Understanding of banking and financial services domain knowledge.
- Knowledge of US banking domain.
- Skills in requirements analysis and functional documentation.
- Experience with system integration using Service-Oriented Architecture.
- Ability to take project ownership and deliver results.
