Responsibilities
- Build multi-agent architectures that retrieve, synthesize, and act on client data and business intelligence.
- Engineer RAG pipelines using client priorities, communication history, and value metrics for real-time context.
- Implement workflows connecting disparate systems and routing tasks to specialized sub-agents or APIs.
- Build guardrails, security controls, and intent recognition for safe handling of sensitive data.
- Scale AI capabilities from proof of concept to high-availability production systems serving thousands of users.
- Optimize LLM interactions and context usage for latency, cost, and response quality.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and data science teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Requires 2–4 years of professional software engineering experience and a track record of shipping production code.
- Strong Python proficiency, including FastAPI, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.
- Strong skills in querying, designing, and optimizing databases.
- Hands-on experience building AI applications with LangGraph or LangChain and RAG using vector databases.
- Experience designing and deploying scalable AWS solutions using Lambda, ECS/EKS, and API Gateway.
- Familiarity with distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and container orchestration.
- Experience transitioning complex systems from proof of concept to production environments.
- Strong communication, collaboration, organization, prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
